The course will teach students the basic principles and skills of psychological “first aid”, covering methods for addressing psychological trauma in emergency situations, including emotional support, communication skills, and psychological stabilization strategies. Students will learn how to provide effective psychological support and assistance to friends who have experienced trauma or crisis events. The course content includes case studies, practical exercises, and professional guidance to help students gain practical experience in the field of psychological “first aid”. Upon completion of the course, students will have the ability to provide psychological support in various emergency situations and effectively cope with and mitigate the impact of psychological trauma.
